Kariba Safari Lodge, Lake Kariba

Kariba Safari Lodge sits on a mountainside at Mica Point, above Lake Kariba, the world's largest reservoir by volume. It has 17 rooms: 9 open-fronted en-suite rooms and 8 suites, with ceiling fans, a mini-bar and complimentary tea and coffee.

Public areas include a terrace, a coffee shop/cafe, a garden and a bar, plus an outdoor pool. A standout feature is the lodge's 15 m-diameter swimming cage, which lets guests swim directly in Lake Kariba without the risk of crocodiles or hippos.
