Old Drift Lodge, Victoria Falls

Old Drift Lodge is a luxury tented safari lodge inside Zambezi National Park, on the Zambezi River upstream of Victoria Falls, on the Zimbabwe side. Wild Horizons, the operator or booking agent, puts it 4.5 km from the Falls.

There are three suite types: Standard Suites with a king-size bed, Family Suites with interconnecting rooms that sleep up to 4, and Star Suites with a rooftop bed under the stars. Every suite has a private plunge pool, an open-air shower and air conditioning. Meals are served at The Lookout Café, with riverside views towards the Batoka Gorge, or on the main deck and lounge.

The rate is all-inclusive. It covers accommodation, all meals and drinks, airport transfers and a shuttle into town. It also covers game drives, river safaris, walking safaris and a guided tour of the Falls on the Zimbabwe side.
