Food and drink run through several named venues rather than a single restaurant: Qunu — named for the Eastern Cape village where Nelson Mandela grew up — anchors the fine-dining offering, alongside the Olive Bar, the Piano Lounge, The Terrace and a private wine cellar. A dedicated Dining Library, styled around books and art, is available for private dinners and small events.
The Saxon Spa operates from two locations, at the Sandhurst hotel and at Steyn City, built around water features, a fireplace and treatments using copper and Himalayan salt.
