SIXONN (Six on N) is a serviced-apartment building on Norfolk Road in Sea Point, run by Fluent Living, a Cape Town operator of short- and medium-stay apartments across the city. The building sits about 850m — roughly a 10-minute walk — from the Sea Point Promenade, the palm-lined Atlantic seafront walkway that runs along the coast, and around 3.4km from the V&A Waterfront.

The four apartment types range from a 25m² Compact Studio to a 78m² Two Bedroom unit with a king bed and two singles, each with its own kitchen for self-catering. Guests share an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, 24/7 security and an onsite concierge, with private parking and a lift serving the building. Norfolk Deli, a bakery and deli, operates from the ground floor for guests who would rather not cook.

Check-in runs from 3pm to 8pm, with photo ID and a credit card required, and children of all ages are welcome, with a free crib available on request; pets are not permitted.
