Most of its individually styled en-suite rooms overlook the Supertubes surf break, so surfers can watch the waves from their room before paddling out. There are two kinds of room. Classic rooms have no sea view but come with air conditioning, DStv, Wi-Fi, a safe and a bar fridge. Luxury sea-view rooms add a fireplace, a mini bar and a kitchen. Guests share a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a bar and an ocean-view patio with a braai, and beach towels and umbrellas are provided. Pepper Street is close to the coffee shops, restaurants and surf shops of the Supertubes area. There is also a conference room that seats up to 18, a laundry service and free parking.

Children of all ages are welcome. For families or groups, the same owners run self-catering houses on Pepper Street: one with three en-suite rooms for six, and Khaya Zinza with five en-suite rooms for ten. On LekkeSlaap, one guest wrote: "We had a super stay and enjoyed the view and the breakfast." Another summed it up as "Great location and great facilities."
