Waterside Cottages & Villas is a self-catering stay at 45 Crocodile Way in Notwane, on the banks of the Notwane River. The thatched cottages sit among unspoilt bush. The garden and picnic area share that river-bank setting, so it feels removed from the city while Gaborone CBD is about 14 km away by road.
There are three unit types: the Classic Cottage with a river view (sleeps 2), the Superior Cottage (sleeps 3) and the two-bedroom Deluxe Cottage (sleeps 5). Each has a private patio, air conditioning, satellite TV, a microwave, a small fridge, tea and coffee facilities and a private bathroom with a shower. Guests can use BBQ facilities in the privacy of their own cottage, and a continental breakfast is available.
The Mokolodi Restaurant, which serves local dishes, is about a 5-minute drive away. Free WiFi and free parking are included. Check-in is from 1 PM to midnight and check-out is at 10 AM. The minimum age is 21, and pets and smoking are not allowed.
